This Sunday marks the return of the best night in television! Every Sunday night my DVR gets overloaded with hours of shows.
First, on CBS my favorite reality competition show is back! The Emmy Award winning The Amazing Race (8/7c) returns! This year teams consist of Chippendale dancers. I wonder if they’ll get on my nerves or win my heart and I’ll want them to win this years prize — 2 million dollars!!
Then The Good Wife (9/8c) is back! Last time we left Alicia and company, she was “taking back” Peter, Will was nearing the end of suspension and best of all we were about to meet Kalinda’s psycho husband. What kind of wife was Kalinda? From those hot previews it looks like things are about to steam up!
On ABC, the spell has been broken on Once Upon a Time (8/7c). The towns folk remember their past as fairy tale characters and Regina is gonna have A LOT of explaining to do! How will Prince, Snow, and Emma deal with being reunited as a family?
Emily Throne is out for blood! Just when she got “revenge” (9/8c) on her father’s killer, she discovers that her mother — long thought dead is in fact alive!
At (10/9c) The long awaited premiere of 666 Park Avenue has arrived! I remember during the television up-fronts a few months back, I was beyond excited for this show, but the preview made it look hooky and corny. I was hoping it would be more along the lines of American Horror Story. Sunday we’ll see if this show has staying power.
Over on Showtime, Dexter will hopefully bounce back from a disappointing sixth season and the Emmy Award winning Homeland returns for its second season.
Stay tuned for our reviews on all of Sunday’s programming. Well at least the ones worth writing about. 😉
